LEGOLAND(R) Japan HotelでF&Bスーパーバイザーを募集いたします。2018年に新規開業を迎えるオープニングメンバーとなります!

Position Summary:

Responsible for supervising and coordinating the all activities of personnel engaged in serving food and beverages in the restaurant. Supports and assists the Restaurant and Assistant Restaurant Manager in the daily operation of the restaurant including standing in for them whenever necessary. Is responsible for food quality, guest service, cash handling and financial controls. Participates in on the job training and counselling of staff ensuring that they consistently achieve the high standards demanded by LEGOLAND Japan. Ensures that all sanitation and safety procedures are implemented and maintained.

Scope & Responsibility:

Food Service Operations
-Oversees and coordinates the operational effectiveness of all assigned food locations.
-Implements and enhances high level of service, quality, and sanitation standards within the facility.
-Ensures that all guests are served in an efficient and friendly manner with children as a primary focus.
-Must understand and meet all guest expectations and have the ability to communicate positively to all guests and staff.
-Communicates daily operational and financial objectives to team members on a daily basis.
-Briefs personnel on preparations, service and content of menu items. Coordinates with kitchen on daily or monthly specials and promotions.
-Performs duties common to all captains or waiters and other duties as may be assigned.
-Participates in daily briefings and monthly communication meetings to discuss various aspects of food service and preparation.
-To check and control on daily basis the buffet set up as per our standard require. (Ex: Buffet tags, service gear, arrangement, plates, juice glass, mugs) before operation starts.

Training and Development
-Responsible for motivating, training, cross-training and developing the Team Leaders and staff.
-Provides positive and corrective feedback to all team members to improve performance output with the assistance of the Restaurant Manager.
-Compulsory training of LEGOLAND Japan on food safety, HACCP, cash handling, guest service and general safety policies and procedures and share this knowledge with the team members on daily basis others daily.
-Trains personnel according to established procedures; Conducts orientation of all new employees and ongoing training of all staff.
-Ensure grooming and general appearance of staff according to Hotel standards
-Makes frequent suggestions to Management in reference to restaurant general operation and F&B promotion.
-Establishes effective employee relations maintain the highest level of professionalism, ethic and attitude towards all hotel guests, clients, heads of department and employees.
-Attend all F&B meeting as schedule.

Operational Support
-Maintains establishment of par stock for operating guest supplies to ensure smooth operation
-Monitors labor hours and ensures that payroll reports are accurate.
-Responsible for the daily ordering and receipt of food and supplies if needed.
-Enters delivery invoices into system on a daily basis if needed.
-Monitors handling of cash and inventory control, referring any issues for investigation to the Hotel F&B Manager or Hotel Assistant F&B Manager
-Monitors and supervises service flow in the restaurant during operation
-Ensure all fixtures and operating equipment is in good working condition.
-Ensure good general appearance and maintenance of restaurant working areas.
-Ensure employees properly carry out side duties.
-Ensure adequate supplies of materials, and requisition for general supplies.
-Ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant at the highest level

アクセス あおなみ線「金城ふ頭」駅より徒歩8分

勤務時間 基本的に一カ月単位の変形労働時間制度を適用します。
週の実働時間は平均40時間です。
一日の実働は基本的に8時間で別途1時間の休憩があります。
応募資格 必須資格:
* ホテルもしくはホスピタリティ業界での経験3年以上

学歴:
4年制大学卒
もしくは、それに準ずる専門的教育や経験

その他資格:
* ネイティブレベルの日本語、ビジネスレベルの英語(Read, Write, Speak)能力
* 多様性のある組織での勤務経験
給与 年間基本給与 3,200,000円〜4,000,000円
(職務経験・能力によって決定いたします)
試用期間 あり  3カ月間の試用期間があります。
採用祝い金 なし
待遇 * 通勤交通費 上限50,000円まで支給
* 社員には資格に応じて世界のMerlin Entertainments Groupアトラクションで使用できる入場回数券を支給
休日 年間休日120日(1カ月の休日9日〜11日)
